I buy hundreds of instruction books every month; you can pretty much safely assume I have all these in stock. "Reprint" is a high-quality photocopy; most are cut and bound to original size. Standard flat rate shipping is UPS Guaranteed Second Day Air at a cost to you of only $5.00 for most orders in the domestic U.S. (orders to P.O. Boxes, and to non-domestic ZIP-coded locations are shipped by Priority Mail at the same rate). Orders totaling more than $100.00 will incur a slightly higher insurance fee. Minimum air mail shipping charges to Canada and Mexico (not insured) are $4.00; to most other countries worldwide, $8.00. Payment may be made by cash, check in US funds drawn on a US bank, Money Order, VISA, MASTERCARD or PayPal. For secure credit card orders, you may use this Order Form.
