#32117. Jay Gould (Trotting Horse) Yellow-mount view, c. 1870's; from Schreiber & Sons, Philadelphia, Pa., "Original Studies from Nature" series. Identified as "Jay Gould." Crisp view of trotting horse, with is driver in the sulkey. Background appears to be horse stables. Excellent condition, quite scarce. $195.00
#26161. Summer Crowds... at Atlantic City, N.J. Keystone View #26495-T; curved gray mount card, with Keystone imprint. Shows hundreds of bathers on the beach at Atlantic City; great hotels and Boardwalk businesses in background. EX. $20.00
#26156. Jockey With Horse Undated, unidentified view; closeup of jocket standing with his racehorse. C. 1910-1920; on gray mount. One corner suffered some minor damage at some point; else EX. Interesting, and somewhat unusual. $25.00
#32119. Max Schmeling Keystone View Company (Meadville, Pa) curved mount view, undated. Identified as #28028, "Max Schmeling, the World's Heavyweight Champion, with Manager Joe Jacobs at the Right." Extremely sharp, clipped top corners. Rare. $195.00
#32127. Napoleon III Magnificent and beautifully tinted view of the French Emperor, taken in 1858 by M.M. Mayer Brothers. We have also shown the label on the back of the view, which gives full details. Square corner dark beige mount; overall Excellent condition and quite scarce. $300.00
#32134. Balloon Ascension (Tissue View) Magnificent and beautifully tinted tissue stereo view of a balloon ascension in France. Great crowds of people, two balloons rising from the ground. As a tissue view, when this is held to the light, delicate tinting appears, including red on the balloons, blue on the water, etc.; including a moon in the right panel. A penned notation on the reverse (contemporary with the view) reads "Ballon Nadar". This Frech photographer was famous for his views taken from baloons, so it it is probable that this is one of his ascensions. Exquisite, excellent condition, and quite rare. $300.00
#32136. A Group of Oysterwomen. Square-cornered yellow mount European view, c. 1860's. The photographer is unidentified, but the mount carries the imprint "279. Group of Oysterwomen." Crisp image with nice tonal range; women with their oyster baskets. Mount corners and edges slightly rubbed, else excellent condition. Nice occupational view. $45.00
#32138. Edwin Booth, buy Jeremiah Gurney. A beautiful image of the famed actor, as Hamlet, by J. Gurney & Son, c. 1860's. Ivory mount, with Gurney imprint. A classic and popular role for Booth, by a highly-regarded photographer. Excellent condition, and quite scarce. $395.00
#32141. Game of Billiards, c. 1860 Delicately tinted European view depicting a game of billiards. One man is bent over the table with cue in hand; two other men and two women look on. Minute rubbing on mount corners, else excellent condition and an unusual subject. $195.00
#32148. Big Bear, Winnebago Indians, by H.H. Bennett This 1870's yellow mount view from the studio of H.H. Bennett, Kilburn City, Wisc., shows Big Bear, and Indian of the Winnebago tribe, seated in the Diamond Grotto. View is identified as #31 in Bennett's series "Among the Winnebago Indians." Minuscule damage at lower left corner of mount, else Excellent condition through; image is crisp and sharp; quite scarce. $295.00
#32153. Jack Sharkey Keystone View Company (Meadville, Pa) curved mount view, undated. Identified as "#32784. Jack Sharkey, Contestant for the World's Heavyweight Championship." Undated, in Excellent condition except for minuscule rubbing visible in dark areas at bottom of image. Top corners clipped, sometimes indicative of a view used as a salesman's sample. Rare. $195.00
#32155. General Pershing at Paris Keystone View Company (Meadville, Pa) curved mount view, undated. Identified as "#19133. Marshall Foch, General Pershing, Madame Joffre and General Dubail, at Paris." This is a view from the Keystone World War I set, and has a full description of Foch and Pershing's contributions to the war on the reverse, as well as a listing of the position this view held in each of the sets of Keystone views. Excellent condition. $30.00
#32168. Indian Maidens, St. Paul, Minn., 1873. Yellow-mount view3-3/8x6-/78", published by F.A. Taylor, St. Paul, Minn. Two nicely-dressed Indian women pose in a studio setting. Penned note on the back dates the image to 1873, and "N.P.R.R." Excellent condition, quite scarce. $275.00
